Spiced Honeyed Chicken

Sis, here's that recipe you were asking for last week- it fits my basic "easy food" criteria: Mix up a sauce, pour it over meat and bake it. I am not a fussy cook. Good stuff!

Spiced Honeyed Chicken
Chicken Breasts or Thighs ( I used 6 of each and doubled the recipe.)
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, more or less.
Heat oven to 375. Arrange chicken in a single layer on a foil-covered and sprayed cookie sheet. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes, turn chicken. Bake an additional 15-30 minutes, or until done.

Photo Tutorial! (Hang on, this one's pretty tough.)

4 sauce ingredients in a bowl.
4 sauce ingredients all mixed up in a bowl.
4 mixed sauce ingredients poured over raw chicken.
Then you bake it. Yep, my kind of recipe.
