Lynnleigh Farm Show

Yes, you must look at more horse show pictures. If you're going to visit this blog, it's just gunna happen. :) These are all about Shannon and Rocko, so at least you might be related to the subject matter. I'm meaning Shannon, not Rocko.

Rocko has decided that the best way to get out of the horse trailer is to RUN. Backwards. It's been getting a bit stressful. Then Kari's husband, Lon, bullied him into standing still when the door opened. Like this: ( You can see Lon's hand inside the trailer.) Rocko figured out that he was in trouble and had to be coaxed out with a carrot.
Here Shannon is doing a riding fist pump because....well, I can't remember.
Shannon is all focused on turning a corner and Rocko is all focused on- ME!
 I really like this one:
But this is maybe the best jumping shot I've ever taken of them.
The judge in her hut has her eyes glued on our little (little? Well, at least one of them is little.) pair.
This is sweet. Rocko is acknowledging his "your a good boy" pat on the neck by barely turning one ear. He's thinking, "Of course I was good. Now when do I get to eat?"
Great jump! Perfect form! Knees are up and ears are forward! Shadbelly coat is flying! Wait- your number is falling off!
When horses run, all 4 feet leave the ground at the same time. Pretty cool.
The Spring Lynnleigh show was rained out, so we were glad that we could go to this one in the Fall.
