Smoked Sausage Kabobs

Here's new grilling recipe I tried last week. Everyone liked it!

Smoked Sausage Kabobs
6 smoked sausages (I used the Bar-S kind)
Green Pepper, cut in 1" cubes
Red Onion, cut in 1" cubes
Cherry Tomatoes
1/3 c. apricot or mango jam
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard

Cut sausage into 1 " pieces. Thread onto soaked wooden skewers with the green pepper, red onion and cherry tomato. Combine the jam and mustard. Grill kabobs until done, basting with jam sauce.

  1. Do you actually eat green pepper and red onion? Aren't those vegetables?
