A Show Close To Home!

The Utah Hunter/Jumper Association has discovered a new facility for shows- the Davis County Legacy Center in Farmington. Upside: I can drive out of my garage and be at the show in 15 minutes! Unheard of! Usually I plan on a hour's drive to any horse show. Downside: the inmates at the Davis County Prison next door get work-release to maintain the facility. That's a little creepy. The weather didn't really cooperate for this show- it was 90 degrees on Tuesday and barely 50 degrees on Wednesday. All of Rocko's winter wardrobe came out of storage for this one. Shannon rode in the Adult division again and was great! They even got to do a flat class and the Callister Cup! Rocko was also Reserve Champion in the Open Division. Kari's husband, Lon, showed up with the '76 Rolls Royce that he just finished restoring. Very cool.

I'm going to try something new- importing a video. Hope it works!
