I Beat Those Nerds!

Youngest Son competed in Region DECA competition yesterday, and brought home 3rd Place Overall! YS is by far my most competitive child, even to the point of force us all to keep playing a game for hours on end, if that's what it takes to give him the advantage. When he was little, he'd cry and maybe even throw a fit if he wasn't the winner in a game. Thank heaven he's outgrown that! I'll admit I don't understand this DECA thing. It's all about marketing and buisness. YS is convinced he will be going to the national competition in Anaheim in May. He also thinks that everyone he competes against at DECA is a nerd with a laptop and pocket protectors. Hmmm...
