We got the chance to buzz over the Universal Studios Orlando to see the World of Harry Potter- very cool. They've built the village of Hogsmede and are making money hand over fist selling butterbeer (ie- cream soda with caramel foam on top.) the big ride was very cool, but Bruce had to sit dowm afterward. The attraction is so popular that by the time we got off the ride, there was no way to get into any of the Hogsmede stores.
After the chaos at HP, we made our way over to the shopping part of Universal. We had lunch at the Hard Rock where we had to explain to Bruce who The Who were.
I would have loved to hear the conversation about The Who. :)
ReplyDeleteI have this idea of Butterbeer in my head, and cream soda with caramel top does not a butterbeer make, in my humble opinion. But does sound delicious. Looks like more and more fun all the time.
