Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
1 12oz. package bow tie pasta
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. diced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 14 oz. cans Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in water and drain. Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is browned and onion is tender:
