Nacho Bean Soup

This soup is good, good, good and cheesy! And you can whip it together in under ten minutes. What could be better than that? Today's Sister Recipe:

Nacho Bean Soup- 4 servings
1 (14oz) can chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 Tbs. flour
1 (15 1/2 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbs. dry taco seasoning
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
Corn Chips
In a large saucepan, combine broth, milk and flour. Blend well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in beans, chilies cheeses and dry taco seasoning. Cook 5 minutes over low heat, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with corn chips and additional cheese.
