Lemon Sheet Cake

Here's another Sister Recipe, as in requested by my sister! It's one of my favorite desserts for something like a baby or bridal shower or a ladies luncheon. It serves a lot and is to die for. No kidding. I could eat an entire bowl of this frosting, probably in one sitting.

Lemon Sheet Cake- 24 servings
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 can (15 3/4 oz.) lemon pie filling
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling. Spread into greased 15x10 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Beat cream cheese and butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread over cake. Store in the refrigerator.
