Peter opened his mission call last night- he's going to the New Zealand Wellington Mission! If he could have picked a mission for himself, it probably would have been this one! He leaves on February 24th. It's an English speaking mission, so he will be in the MTC for about 3 weeks. There are 2 missions in New Zealand. The Aukland Mission is in just the top half of the top island. Peter's mission takes in the bottom half of the top island and the whole lower island. He needs to take winter clothes and 2-3 cans of mosquito repellant with 3o% DEET! His mission president is from England. We are so excited! Brian and Lindsey listened in on speaker phone:

ReplyDeleteK, so I know this is super late to be commenting, but I have 4 friends who served in the Wellington mission. That's really cool that Pete's going there too.
