I had Oldest Son write down the recipe for his winning Sweet Pork. Here goes:
Crock Pot Sweet Pork
Pork (no amount here, but I think it was at least a 3 lb pork butt)
3 cans (they looked like about 10 oz.) tomato paste with chilies
1 c. brown sugar
1 can Coke
1 Tbs. cumin
You can also kick it up with 1 bottle of taco sauce.
Cook on high 2 hours, then on low for 4-5 hours.
